I just finished another cake class that I was taking at Orson and Gigi. It was awesome! I learned so much in that class. I am so excited to make some more cakes. I got some really great recipes that I am excited to use as well. It was only a three class course. Christina Miller Taught it and she said that I was her start student. She was joking but she did compliment my cake quite a few times. Ashlee from Topsy Turvy Cakes happened to be observing our class, and I got a special visit from her. She told me that she loved my cake and I was really talented.
